National Hair Loss specializes in treating various forms of Alopecia for men and women. Our mission is to provide Knowledge, Treatment, and Support to those suffering from hair loss. Our National Hair Loss team members are passionate about providing the best experience for those in our Hair Recovery Program.
Carly Klein – President
Carly is a game-changer in the image industry and has been working with some of the most elite companies for the last 13 years. She spent 8 of those years working as the Vice President of a prestigious dermatology office in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2009 Carly developed a passion helping cancer patients with their hair regrowth following treatment and shortly after founded National Hair Loss. Carly believes it is a privilege to be able to provide support and care to many industry professionals, patients and their families as they journey down the road of renewed health. Carly now works with oncologists all over Arizona, Miami, Chicago and New York helping their patients achieve hair regrowth at a faster rate. Additionally, Carly is involved with her community by serving on Advisory Boards for well-known Arizona organizations such as Women of Scottsdale, Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), and Arizona’s American Cancer Society’s Annual Gala.
Brittany Gaines – Creative Director
As a visionary leader of National Hair Loss Brittany is dedicated to educating and supporting those suffering from hair loss through her marketing strategies and community outreach. Brittany graduated from California State Los Angeles in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Following college, Brittany provided her talents to one of the fastest growing privately held businesses in Arizona, ranked #1 by Inc. 500 in 2014. Brittany is a Southern California Native, enjoys being a volunteer with American Cancer Society’s Look Good Feel Better and has a passion for contributing her creativity to start-up companies.
Jodi Towns – Patient Coordinator
Jodi has a phenomenal background working as a primary care administrator in concierge medical services. Jodi is involved in her community through volunteerism with Youth and Family Services City of Scottsdale, Habitat for Humanity and serves on Women of Influence board for MASK publication. She was recently awarded East Valley Women of the Year 2015 from East Valley Women’s business networking organization. Jodi is a wife, mom and Arizona native.
Crystal Holland – Executive Administrator
Crystal works on all of the schedules for patient programs and designs customized materials for the outreach programs. She is part of integrating the albums for each patient’s journey and tracking the success of their program. Crystal is a recent University of Arizona graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Crystal has worked in sports medicine for three years and will begin her Masters degree in Athletic Training this summer at Northern Arizona University at the Phoenix Biomedical Campus.
